Healing through animals & relationships
Building trust, belonging, and meaningful connections.
Rein & Restore Foundation supports children, youth, and families through a prevention-first, neuropsych-informed approach to wellness and connection.

Our mission is to build regulation, resilience, and identity before crisis occurs—interrupting cycles of punishment and replacing them with pathways of restoration.
Founded by De’Andre Wheeler and Teilani Lewis, Rein & Restore Foundation is a prevention-first, neuropsych-informed wellness organization supporting children, youth, and families, especially those historically underserved.
We create safe spaces for nervous systems to regulate, resilience to grow, and families to reconnect through healing, mentorship, nature-based experiences, and community.

Supporting brain development and emotional regulation.
Healing-centered care that meets youth where they are.
Honoring identity, history, and lived experiences.
Strengthening the whole family and nervous system.
Equine connection, nature and gardening, wellness and movement, and mentorship and leadership.
Building trust, belonging, and meaningful connections.
Growing skills, confidence, and independence through hands-on learning.
Restoring our minds, bodies, and spirits through movement and self-care.
Giving back, supporting others, and making a positive impact.
Family-centered outdoor gatherings with wellness, horses, animals, and hands-on activities.
